Pneumatic extinguisher (i.e. Wind extinguisher)
(Two Types: Portable Pneumatic extinguisher and Backpack Pneumatic extinguisher)

Pneumatic extinguisher, commonly known as blower, mainly used in forest fire fighting, fire first aid, landscaping, highway engineering, etc., also used in industrial production.

The pneumatic fire extinguisher is mainly divided into three parts
1. Extinguishing part: centrifugal fan and air duct
2. Gasoline engine
3. Operating parts: strap, front and rear handle, throttle cable, trigger, etc

Applicable occasions
The wind extinguisher is suitable for fighting the fire of young forest or secondary forest, fire of grassland, fire of barren mountain and grass slope. Single machine extinguishing effect is not effective, double or three machine can get better results.

Do not use Pneumatic extinguisher / wind extinguisher under the following circumstances;
(1) fire with flame height over 2.5 meters;
(2) fires in areas where the height of shrubs is more than 1.5 meters and the height of grasses is more than 1 meter.This is because the grass irrigation height more than 1 meter, due to the line of sight is not clear, once catch the fire, which is extremely flammable and spread quickly, fire fighter can’t see clearly, if they were not evacuated timely, there will be dangerous.
(3) head-on fire with flame height over 1.5 meters;
(4) there is a large number of fallen wood, clutter;
(5) the wind extinguisher can only extinguish the open flame, not the dark fire.

The fuel oil used by the wind extinguisher is a mixture of oil and gasoline. It is strictly prohibited to use pure gasoline. When refueling, must be more than 10 meters away from the fire.Within 10 meters, the radiation effect of fire is large, easy to be ignited by the high temperature of the fire.
